1. To change it to some other sound, go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\Pictures\Camera\OEM\ and change the "SoundFile" key to point to the full path of the other sound file, like "\My Documents\Whatever.wav"

2. To silence it completely, copy a blank file over the file called camera_shutter_1.snd
